file problem?

when I download matchmaker and run it, it says access to an unnamed file was denied. any help? | |

when it's extracting, when I click 'next' after the shortcut bit. I'm sure the bar gets to the end but it's too quick for me to see.
Come to think of it, sometimes when I close it using task manager, it says it too. |
