The following Game-types are posted here: SHAMANLESS BRAVE WAR AURA WAR SURVIVAL REGICIDE If you have any suggestions or ideas, post it in this topic and maybe your ideas will be added. SHAMANLESS - MP Productions© You begin with one useless shaman… you'd better kill her by sending her to an enemy, so your reincarnation site disappears. The following thing you have to do is building a settlement and building an army to defeat the enemy. This time your army wont get blasted away with 1 single blast or lightning strike. You have to fight very strategic and place many towers to defend your own base. [Restrictions] Spells On: None Buildings On: All (or not Balloon Hut and/or not Temple) [Special Game Settings] Shaman: <1> Guest Spell: <NONE> BRAVE WAR - MP Productions© This is like Shamanless, but now you have to fight with the braves. Just pick some out of the houses and send them to the enemy. Big battle grounds will occur with this gametype! You are able to train spies too. But no Warriors. Towers are only for making a new settlement and detecting enemy spies by putting spies in them. [Restrictions] Spells On: None Buildings On: Hut, Guard Tower, Spy Training Hut (or not) [Special Game Settings] Shaman: <1> Guest Spell: <NONE> AURA WAR - MP Productions© This is like a normal game, but the shaman can only cast things like aura's (such as invisible and magic defence) and some little more spells. On this way, the shaman only increases the strength or strategy of the warriors, but she is not overpowered like in normal games (like casting 1 EQ on a base and the base is gone...) and you have to build an army to defeat the enemy. [Restrictions] Spells On: Blast, Convert (or not), Ghost Army (or not), Magic Shield, Invisibility, Landbridge (or not), Hypnotise (or not) and Angel of Death (or not) Buildings On: All (or not Balloon Hut and/or not Temple) [Special Game Settings] Guest Spell: <BLOODLUST> SURVIVAL - MP Productions© You begin with a shaman, that can use various abilities, but not too strong. The shaman is the only way to get more braves (by converting), because you don’t have huts. Because of this, a level with wildmen is required to play. You can train braves into all kind of specialists (Warrior, Spy etc.). But beware! You only have 1 shaman! So, you have to defend her at al cost. Without her, your population won’t grow anymore, and eventually vanish. You have to be very tactic to win this game. [Restrictions] Spells On: Blast, Convert, Ghost Army, Magical Shield, Landbridge (or not), Lightning (or not), Swarm (or not), Hypnose (or not) Buildings On: Guard Tower, Warrior Training Hut, Firewarrior Training Hut, Spy Training Hut, Temple (or not), Boat House [Special Game Settings] Fog of War: <ON> Shaman: <1> Guest Spell: <TELEPORT> Forge World: <ON> REGICIDE - MP Productions© (Thanks to Sheyth) This is like Shamanless, but you begin with 1 shaman and she has to survive. If she dies, you are defeated and you have to quit (Be fair!). It is wise to put your shaman in a hut, so that the enemy doesn’t know where she is, and she will be better protected. You can put her in a training hut too: She will stay in that hut, and the enemy will be very confused. Defend her at all cost, and kill the Shaman of the enemy! [Restrictions] Spells On: None Buildings On: All (or not Balloon Hut and/or not Temple) [Special Game Settings] Shaman: <1> Guest Spell: <NONE> |

Most of the ideas you've suggested are already implemented in my mappack: POPcorn Worlds...
For God: Level in god mode. Only spells allowed are ghost army and convert. Stoneheads in the back corner of your base gives you preacher buildings. Trapped in Hell: Shaman is trapped in the enemy's base. It's up to your followers to break her out. D-Day: Absouloutely no shaman. (God Mode: No Spells) It's up to your followers to train and ride boats to the enemy's base (convienetly sloped upwards) like the real deal. A stone at the top destroys the enemy base. Lonliness (2-player): Your shaman is trapped by your own base and the only person who can break her out (and kill her) is the enemy. Although the game is based on follower-skills, once the enemy breaks the shaman out, she is free to use spells to defend her self! |

Maybe its an idea to make Shamanless worlds with the old Beginning mappacks. Since most players are in love with the beginning mappack. | |
